Apartment & VvE
Renovating an apartment requires extra preparation. We carry out many of these projects in Amsterdam.
- VvE approval: work on common parts, pipes or the facade often requires permission from the VvE (homeowners' association). Check the deed of division (splitsingsreglement).
- Noise: many VvEs set requirements for sound insulation with hard floors such as herringbone or a poured floor.
- Working hours & lift: agree when work may be carried out and how materials get upstairs.
- Neighbours: we inform the neighbours about the schedule in advance.
