What does it cost?

A rough price per square metre can hide large differences in structure and finish. Foundations, steelwork, façades, window frames, skylights and the connection to the existing house all affect the budget. Tell us which drawings are available and whether you want to discuss a bare shell or complete interior finishing. We work out the agreed construction scope in a quote. Drawings, structural calculations and permits are not included in our quote.

Who arranges drawings, structural calculations and permits?

The required project documents are arranged through an architect or structural engineer. Don't have one yet? We are happy to put you in touch with our regular partners. For our work preparation, it is important that the relevant drawings and calculations are available. We discuss which information is still missing and how the execution builds on it. If changes are made during preparation, it must also be clear whether the documents need to be amended. This way, everyone involved works from the same starting points and the structural details can be agreed before work begins.

Can MVBouw also take care of the interior finishing?

We can include the desired interior finishing in the contract, for example ceilings, walls, installations, floors and painting. Which parts are needed depends on the function of the new space and how it connects to the rest of the house. Discuss in advance whether a bathroom or kitchen will also be added, as this affects pipework and preparation. The quote states which items are included; agree on the desired level of finish at handover before the work starts.
