About kitchen installation

A new kitchen takes more than just fitting cabinets. The connections have to match the kitchen design, the appliances and the position of the sink and hob. Floor height, wall finishes and the space needed to open doors also matter. MVBouw can coordinate the technical preparation with the installation. That is why we ask you to share the kitchen plan before any preparatory work starts.

What we do

  • Removing the old kitchen
  • Relocating water, drainage and electrics
  • Preparing walls and floor
  • Installing the kitchen and appliances
  • Lighting and finishing

How we work

  1. Design and measuring
  2. Technical connection plan
  3. Preparatory work
  4. Installation and handover

Duration: approx. 1–2 weeks

What does it cost?

The price depends on the design, the technical preparation, the kitchen and the appliances.

Installation in a prepared room is not the same as a complete kitchen renovation. Removal, relocating water and electrics, floor work and wall finishing can be separate items in the quote. The kitchen layout and the number of appliances also make a difference. Send us your design and tell us what has already been ordered. We agree which materials you supply and which work MVBouw carries out.

Frequently asked questions

My kitchen has already been ordered. What do you need?

Send us the kitchen design, the installation details and the planned delivery date. This lets us assess what preparation is needed and how the installation fits in with other work in the home. We also discuss who will receive the delivery and whether all parts are on site. If special work is needed for a worktop, appliances or connections, we agree in advance who will carry it out and when it fits into the schedule.

What comes first: the floor, the kitchen or the splashback?

The right order depends on the chosen floor, kitchen and wall finish. We review the design and coordinate the work with any suppliers. Some parts must be ready before installation; others can only be measured accurately once the kitchen is in place. So let us know in advance which material you want for the floor and splashback. That way, agreements on dimensions, connections and protection become part of the preparation rather than a decision made during installation.

What clients say

★★★★★
“We are so happy with MVBouw! They completely renovated our home: from the extension, bathroom and toilet to the plastering, painting and parquet floor. We found it quite nerve-racking to choose a contractor, but communication was very pleasant from the start. We were in touch every day, they thought along with us, and the team was extremely involved and hard-working. Everything is beautifully finished with great attention to detail. We would trust MVBouw with our keys again in a heartbeat!”
