How long does it take?
Every home is different, but these guideline timeframes give a good picture of the work on site:
- Bathroom: approx. 2–4 weeks
- Kitchen installation: approx. 1–2 weeks including modifications
- Milled-in underfloor heating: 1–3 days, plus drying and heat-up time
- Roof extension or extension: approx. 6–12 weeks
- Complete home renovation: approx. 2–6 months
What affects the schedule?
- Delivery times for kitchens, window frames and tiles (sometimes 6–10 weeks).
- Drying times of screeds and plasterwork.
- Permits and VvE approval.
- Changes during the work.
That's why we draw up a schedule per phase in advance and coordinate orders with you in good time.
